Who we are
NimbleZen is an independent software studio. These terms cover this website (nimblezen.com) and our apps, including Spelliverse and QueXplorer. By using them, you agree to what's below.
Our apps are free
Spelliverse is free. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and nothing to buy — in-game coins are earned by playing and can never be purchased with money. We may add features or change how things work as the apps improve.
Kids and families
Spelliverse is made for children ages 4 and up and is designed to be used with a parent or guardian's knowledge. We don't collect personal data from players, we don't track anyone, and grown-up areas sit behind a parental gate. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Fair use
Please use our apps and site as intended: don't attempt to break, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or interfere with them, and don't use them to harm anyone. Our names, characters, artwork, audio, and word content belong to NimbleZen and may not be reused without permission.
Accounts
Most of Spelliverse works offline with no account at all. Optional sign-in exists for grown-ups who want progress saved across devices; you're responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself, and you can ask us to delete an account at any time via contact.
No warranty, and limits
Our apps are provided "as is." We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or always available, and we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
App stores
Apps downloaded from Apple's App Store are also subject to Apple's terms. Apple is not responsible for our apps or their content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions? Get in touch — a human reads it.
